SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOY BREED PUPPIES As you know you have just purchased one of the smallest of the small. If you have purchased one of the extra-tiny, teacup babies or toy size, they are just like premature babies. They are so fragile and so vulnerable that only constant, love and thorough care will enable them to live. This is the original contract to  purchase the above described puppy. Furthermore, by your signature below, you are aware and accept  all the terms and conditions herein set forth. Moreover this addendum will help the buyer of the above mentioned puppy to better care for their newly purchased pet.  The puppy is sold as a pet and is registered with one of the following registries.  Continental Kennel Club,  American Kennel Club, APR or ACA.  Registration papers should be mailed out within 120 days of purchase but can take up to one year. If a client needs a certain registry such as akc, then it must be written on the original agreement.  Puppies are sold as pets not for breeding purposes.    1. The Buyer understands that the puppy being purchased is an extremely fragile breed. Furthermore, the buyer understands additional care will be needed to insure the health and well being of said puppy. Without proper care this breed can suffer from Hypoglycemia, dehydration, etc.  Teacuppuppiesstore.com will not guarantee against any and all  hypoglycemia related illnesses.  2. Feeding instructions. The puppy is eating:      Royal Canine -  SMALL BITE PUPPY FORMULA DRY FOOD       CESAR SOFT FOOD FROM PUBLIX Instructions:     Mix both dry and moist food. In about 30 days start feeding dry food only.    Make sure puppy has food and water all of the time close to him/her.Nutrical:It's a tube that looks like toothpaste.  Give twice a day after meals, or in between meals.  Finger nail portion only.    (This is just for extra calories).  Please don't give too much, it can make then sick.  Seller  recommends  that  Buyer DOES NOT depart from this routine for at least one week from purchase.   4. Puppies are easily stressed by excessive holding. Buyer should limit holding the puppy to 15 minutes per hour.   5. Keep puppy a clean, dry, and warm place to sleep. Provide a heating pad, but keep the cord away from the puppy.    1) Pedialyte ( clear)    2) Nutrical  3) Chicken or Turkey and Rice Baby Food        4) Syringe  12 cc    5) Karo Syrup       If for any reason your puppy looks lethargic please do the following.    a) Give your puppy two tablespoon of Karo Syrup and ten minutes after give 12 cc of baby food.   Then  20 minutes later give 12 cc of baby food again.   Try to have the puppy drink some water or Pedialyte.  Call us immediately.     b ) Then continue every 4 hours, (even at night) to feed  24cc of baby food and nutrical after.   Every pet dealer who sells an animal to a consumer must provide the consumer at the time of sale with a written notice, printed or typed, which reads as follows: It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.

I have read all information in the Box and understand the terms below.   We can only give an estimate weight and size on the puppies.  We do not guarantee the size and weight of puppies as adults.   I have read the guaranty and agree to all terms.  I acknowledge that the puppy should be examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
